The Cisco side of it is easy and can be done in 8 hours or less. The real problem area is the PBX programming. It all depends on how knowledgeable your PBX tech is. If you have all the needed hardware, cabling, etc., the PBX programming shouldn't take more than 4 hours. Maybe a few more hours
