Go to CCO (http://www.cisco.com) and login with your username. Select the Software Center Link. Select the VPN Software Link. Select the Cisco VPN Client Link. Select the Download Cisco 3DES Cryptographic Software under export licensing controls Link. There you are... You must upgrade you VPN 30
