I just signed up for mine a few weeks ago and the first available date was
2/14/02 in RTP. San Jose was not much better, something like 2/08/02.

You need a CCO account & your CCIE written passing info (candidate id, date
of exam, & passing score). Last I check RTP/SJC/Halifax, first avail lab is
for Feb 2002.
