A good point coated in sarcasm I guess is better then no answer at all.
It's the ones with the MBA's that tell me to worry about what programs
people use and they would recommend the employment section in this weeks
issue of the classified ad's if I were to ignore their suggestions.:)
I'll take a look at the software that has been suggested so far.

it's probably best to just let people run the applications that they want to
run.
if you want to improve productivity at work, pick up a book or go get an MBA
or something.  i recommend this month's issue of the harvard business
review.
