Having soldered on db60 connectors before...I can say this with 100%
sureness: JUST BUY THEM.  IIRC about 23 pins are used and many are in 1
row.  Look at the density of a db60 cable and ask yourself if you really
want to deal with it.  It took someone very experienced in Micro-solder over
a full day to make ONE good cable.

Take this advice for what its worth...I would seriously just buy them.
