I remember seeing another bug where if you configure eigrp and then undo
eigrp, it will reload the router... cool huh??

or how about this one --
"A 3660 series router running IOS version 12.2(3) may reload unexpectedly
with a software forced reload when running EIGRP.There is no known work
around."

The funny stuff about TAC to me is the pre-written answers given to you,
such as the pleasure to work with you, etc.. etc... etc...

I remember opening a ticket some time ago where I was trying to reference
some issue to an older TAC ticket, saying that this is still happening and
the last time, you guys gave me no real solution.
Gave the guy the old TAC number.

Well, I get a reply back from TAC and the answer was the exact same answer
as the first original TAC ticket, with the same spelling and grammatical
errors as the first one. The only thing different about this answer was the
name of the TAC engineer at the bottom.

Generally for me the TAC guys are cool to deal with, I guess when it comes
to bugs, they are just the messengers and not the developers.
