Personally, I've tried using RADIUS to assing priv and auth to users on
Cisco devices and found it to be pretty much a waiste of time. Cisco seems
to be much more favorable to TACACS+, especially for performing the types of
limitations you are discussing. I have even rec'd info from TAC indicating
that RADIUS is being phased out on catalyst switches.
