Hi, I can tell you I also had problems with the 8XE1 module on a 7206VXR: i saw LOF on a controller configured in UNFRAMED mode, when I changed the channel-group to timeslots 1-31 on both ends of the link it went up, I reverted then to UNFRAMED on both ends and it stayed up ever since... ""K.RA

It wouldn't work at all if framing was incorrect. You may be encountering a bug of some sort. I 'd make sure you have the lates IOS installed and that you PA revision is not too old. Some of these bad boys caused us problems when we first started using them but not any more. ""K.RAMESH BABU"" wr
