Setting up an AS3640 with one PRI providing dial in/out data only. The telco consultant recommended us to use DID's. I have worked with a few 5200 and 5300's before and have never seen DID in the configuration.
I understand how DID works, just wondered if it was really needed for data? If DID is needed, 3 or 4 digits...or does it really matter?
