NetMon on Windows, TCPDump on Linux, BSD, AIX, Snoop on Solaris,
etc etc... a quick web search on this would have saved everyone
some bandwith. Please refrain from laziness.

The O'Reilly book Internet Core Protocols comes with a CD containing a
sniffer app??
It is a good packet header book.
