The PCs default gateway should be an ip that is reachable by that pc. hence, for the 10.10.2.x PCs, their default gateway should be 10.10.2.1 (if you have it configured as such) and 10.10.3.1 for the 10.10.3.x PCs. If you're using ISL or 802.1q, I'd recommend going with a "no ip address" on the

I have a question concerning the default gateway for PCs when connecting to a 3548XL switch that has VLANs. I have a 3548XL switch that has 3 VLANs (VLAN1 is for the 10.10.1.x subnet, VLAN2 is for the 10.10.2.x, and VLAN3 is for subnet 10.10.3.x) configured. The 3640 router has an address of 10.10
