The new cisco vpn clients require ios 12.07 to work. The older vpn clients don't run on win2000. I want to connect to a remote terminal server via vpn from a win2000 computer. The 2511 has ios 11.3 des and the memory can't be upgraded at this time, hence because of router memory, can't upgrade ios. Any ideas? I would be happy even with just a plain old gre tunnel. Don't think I could find a win2000 driver for gre thought. Windows Native L2TP, third party software, anyone know of something that would work? Messed with the L2TP with no luck. Anyone dealt with these issues before, on a early ios?
