It is much easier to set up using shared secret keys than using digital
certificates.
It is not must that you have to use digital certificate.

I have Win95 and Win2k clients that need to come into a Cisco 3005 VPN
Concentrator. I've got the Authentication bit down but seem to be having
trouble with the tunnel side of the house.
