VPN access with NT domain login

I have a PIX-515 terminating VPN tunnels. The configuration is working fine, but would like to know if it is possible to have each user authenticate with the domain controller. The goal is to have each remote user logon to the domain to access the domains resources. Any suggestions would be greatl
