VoIP ringing tone on Caller not heared

Hiy guys, I have Problem With VoIP, we have installed VoIP between two routers and running. Problem arise is when phone A call to phone B, Phone A side did not hear a ringing tone, but phone B is actually in ringing status. Is there some issue to solve this problem ? Thanks -ivan-
