What IOS to choose? [7:26852]

Hi All I'm looking at upgrading the IOS for a couple of 7204 routers so that they can support SSH, I'm after a bit of info' on a good method of selecting the IOS to upgrade to. I've searched the CCO and found that I need an IPSec version, say the Enterprise IPsec with 3Des, I then get a list of
