I get the best results w/USRs by setting them to dumb
mode, auto-answer, echo off, and default factory
settings. The jumpers are on the back edge or bottom
on the USRs depending on model. Newer ones are on
back. There should be a little chart on bottom with
what each DIP switch is for.
