You have to make sure that udp 500 and protocol ids 50 and 51 are not
blocked. To start with I'd recommend to permit all traffic between IPSec
hosts.

Hi Group,
Has anyone expereinced IPSec problem on Windows 2k.
With IPSec enabled on Win2k , server at both ends over the wan links just
cant ping each other.
Within the same subnet, and when windows 2kservers are in the same domain ,
i can ping them.
I found from cisco web site that , nothing
