Hi there,
Could someone please explain to me what this setting does? I have it listed
in my conf (Cisco 2600 router IOS 11.3) but don't know how to change the
value or get rid of it!
It seems to be proventing the router from responding to some icmp requests.
Anyone has a clue or could direct me

This command used to be hidden but became visible in
the last year or so. Don't mess with it unless you
need to. If you use Voice, etc it may be useful to
tweak this value I've heard.
