Go to www.dialways.com and download their enterprise software demo. There is
a radius test utility inside it called NTRADPING that's really good for
troubleshooting RADIUS stuff. Since its a demo it free...gotta like that

I believe that the problem has something to do with the Radius configuration
on Ciscosecure. I say this because when I configure it as a Tacacs+ server,
