quick way to clear config totally

Is there a quick way to clear the entire config of a router? "setup" doesn't kill everything and I don't have the IOS to re-flash. any help is greatly appreciated since every way I've tried just doesn't take away everything, ie. access lists, etc... Thanks!!! Sincerely, Chris Kolp, CCNA Syste
