Hi, I have users dial in to AS5300s, using Cisco Secure as first authentication, AXENT token server as second authentication. When users (using token cards) dials in, they are chanllenged by AXENT. The problem is sometimes, they are prompted to enter username and password after token authentication (but they don't have any username or password). Somestimes, they don't have any problem and can log in after the token authentication. I have AXENT tech come check our configuration but they can't find anything wrong. Any recommendation is highly appreciated. Thanks a lot.
