Hi,
as far as i know and cisco says, a lightstream should be hot-swap capable.
Does anyone know which reason could be, that a lightstream freezes, if you
pull a WAI-E3-4BNC Card?

I would lean towards the MIST (802.1s) route, as well. However, you
might be interested to know that Foundry will also speak PVST+ with your
ciscos. If you want to also do rapid spanning tree along with PVST+
there is a gotcha... Foundry has rstp and 802.1w. Use the 802.1w
commands! Ignore the

Are you pulling the PAM only, or the whole CAM?

Hello,
I would like to change NSF timer on Cisco 7600 router and could not find any
command on Cisco website. Does anybody know the command to verify and change
the NSF timer? I was told the default timer is 20 sec.
Thanks,
Judy

Hi,
thanks for your answer.
I've pulled the PAM only.
its a lightstream 1010 (8515MSRP, I think).
We're running IOS 12.1(26)E
Unfortunatly, we've got no support on that box. But I'm afraid that it
could be a hardware issue.

Hi everyone,
I think I'm overlooking something here, but can't pinpoint what.
From a couple of eBGP peers, I'm receiving a few dozen routes which I
then pass along to specific PE routers via iBGP.
What I've done up until this point is accept the routes, and then tag
them with specific internal

Hello,
I'm wondering if there is a low cost router that could handle six
wic-1adsl cards? I'm looking at replacing six cisco 827 routers
(connected to dsl) that are sitting in-front of another router which
is doing cef load sharing between the six 827's
users---cef load sharing router
What I'd like to do, is re-tag the routes inbound from the eBGP peers,
and then let the PE deal with things when the routes are received.
I've tried setting attributes via route-map as the prefixes are received
from the eBGP peers, but for some reason, they don't appear to stick
