Logging discriminators have been hit or miss for us for as long as I can
remember (and flat-out doesn't work in some versions of IOS).
We have had more success with TCL filters which you might want to try.
Eg;

I would avoid using gig 0/3 and would not bundle it with gig0/[012] .
