Sorry for the Off-topic request. I am developing an RFP for a 600 MPLS circuit contract and I have the technical requirements and infrastructure discovery pieces covered however RFP discovery around the provider's SLA structure, tracking, credits, etc is lacking. Anybody have some rock solid RFP content they could share with me around SLA's. Please unicast me.
