basically it was 12.2(44)SE then I installed 12.2(55)SE but I also faced the
same issue. eventually, I returned to 12.2(44)SE6

My 3750ME foo is slowly fading, but are those ports Enhanced ports ?
Only the enhanced ports can be MPLS uplinks.

In "show mpls l2transport vc 100 detail" do you see packet counters
(send/receive) incrementing on either side? What IOS version are you
running? Can you post the output from that command from each PE.
