I believe that with a little bit of local PBR and NAT magic and it can be done.
I'm sure i've done it in the past for traceroute time-exceeded/port-unreachable local
generated massages.
But, i don't know if it's worth the hassle.

I'm trying to learn how to get my 7204vxr to not send icmp messages with
the source ip of interface the message is being sent out. I have a
public ip on my loopback and thought this was what ios preferred if it
