Enhanced includes Jabber for Everyone, so I would think you should be able
to stand up IMP server for this without needing Enhanced Plus.

we will be enabling IPv6 on our network soon so I was wondering if anyone
has went dual stack on the phones / CM / UC / UCCx / CER. Current version
8.6 but will be upgrading to 10.5 in the next few months.
Any caveats to watch out for?
Since we are pushing the IPv6 on the network side, I figure
Jason,
You do not need to have IM&P in order to get line status, it does work in a
similar way to CUACA with the exception that it is not as scalable (do to there
not being a server to handle all of the requests) and you have to associated
the devices you wish to monitor to the Application User
Hey all,
Just did a UCCX upgrade from 8.5.1 to 9.1.2 and ran into some issues when
the agents went to upgrade the CAD clients.

The operator noticed that there is no line status information in CUACS?
I was assuming a Attendant Console Standard would show if the phone was on-hook
vs off-hook. The only Presence information I can find seems to be related to
Jabber/IM&P
Or should CUACS 10.5 show line state information?
This isn’t bulk export, but Message Archiver allows you to export voice
messages for a Unity Connection user/subscriber to a compressed file.

is there a way to bulk export all the VM's out of a users VM box?
Currently on UC 8.6.2
Thanks
