Having issues using RTMT to access the 'View Real time Data' menu option.
when the window appears to select the node you want to connect to, I get

Been down this design beforeā¦ each CER Group/cluster can support 1 version of
CUCM. So technically from a support perspective, you would need 2. Maybe you
can get some temp licenses from Cisco? The issue is our good friend JCRAPI.. I
mean JTAPI.

We are doing a parallel migration of several CUCM clusters. The current
production CUCM cluster is 8.5 and is integrated with CER 10.5. We need to
support the user migration to 2 new CUCM 10.5 clusters. So the requirement
would be for CER 10.5. to support (1) CUCM 8.5 and (2) CUCM 10.5 clusters.

If you can contact me off list, I have a Cisco support question to discuss/ask.
Cheers!

Senior Analyst,
In a previous design project, what was learned from the CER product team
was that the CM version used by a CER Server Group is specific to that CER
Server Group only. It is allowed to have one single CER cluster comprised
of multiple CER Server Groups, where each group could be integrated with a
