We’ll be upgrading 9.0.2 HA to 10.6 HA in our off-line network first, then just
export/import VMs into production. This way we’ll be able to test new features
(e.g. CUIC) and the service interruption will be shorter.

tried to
restart the Cisco UCCX Node Manager on the Standby server but the restart
forced the server to reboot. After the reboot, the problem stays the same.
Does anybody know how to resolve the issue? Would a restart of Master
help? Thanks.
