than 3 minutes or so.
Unity Connection is usually a 30 second process if you have appropriate
templates to set the zero out option per site.
Assigning IPCC Extension and adding profile to RmCm user would still be
manual pro
If you're importing from AD anyway, why not let the AD sync automatically
create the Unity Connection mailbox? That's at least one thing down.

Prime provisioning is the official answer from Cisco, but YMMV on how well
it works and it's a pain to setup. My advice is to look at Akkadian Labs
aPME product.

BAT Phone templates could save you some time here (if you’re not already using
them).
If it’s just 1 or 2 users here and there BAT imports will take more time than
hand entering them. If it’s a large user on boarding, I’d insert the devices
with a CSV against the phone template.
