*Responsibilities:*
In this role, the candidate will be in charge of creating processes and
capabilities to allow multiple users to leverage and share a single
ServiceNow instance. It will also drive best practices and development for
portal design and development and workflow development for ServiceNow in
the interest of creating a shared business and ITSM service for business
workflow and M&A workflow needs.
The role requires a balance of both development and business savvy; while
development is a key need, customer focus and business startup mentality is
important as well.
The role is part of a very small team tasked with startup and incubation
projects, of which this will be one. While there will be team support, the
person who fills this role must be self-directed to a large degree and will
be the first person on the team designated 100% to ServiceNow work.
*Key Responsibilities:*
•Develop and document best practices for a shared development ("Team
Development Model") approach to ServiceNow implementation
•Be a primary point of contact for both customers and ServiceNow
•Provision and de-provision users, sites and licensing within ServiceNow
•Develop template sites and workflows for new shared service customers
•Oversee code promotion through shared instance to maximize customer
flexibility while mitigating risks
•Help to build a consulting approach to sell OTC ServiceNow capabilities to
new clients
•Develop custom workflows when requested
•Be key point of contact for ServiceNow partner vendors as needed
•Liaison with corporate ITSM team for coordination and collaboration
