Our expanding portfolio of electromechanical equipment is comprised of systems that enable automated genotyping, seed processing, planting, phenotyping, and harvesting processes which enable research scientists to develop the next generation of seeds and traits. We're looking for a senior automated equipment software engineer to join our team. You will be successful in this role if you have strong software development skills, significant experience developing electromechanical software systems, an eye for continuous improvement, and the ability to be an influential technical leader. Your responsibilities will include involvement in the architecture, design, development, test, and support of our software systems that control our equipment. You will also be looked upon to be a technical leader and mentor to junior engineers. This position requires a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, computer science, mechanical engineering or related discipline with 7+ years of demonstrable experience owning the development of automated/control systems.
