Must have developed some distributed system applications, and proficient in concurrency methods (optimistic and pessimistic). Can and does implement interface oriented programming style. Proficient in aspect oriented programming. Be able to use functional programming paradigms (lambda functions, higher order procedures). Be able to threat model an entire system and use secure coding guidelines to mitigate risk. Be able to write unit and integration tests for all code.
