*Job Title* Service Now Developer *Project Location* Charlotte NC *Duration* 12 months /Contract *Skills Required and Job Description:* Service-Now Developer for the Inventory Management Team Responsibilities • The primary responsibility for this role is to develop functionality in the Service-Now suite to enhance out integrated solution between the Service-Desk and Inventory solution. • They will be responsible to develop functionality in all the Service-Now modules. • They will be responsible to embed web service functionality to enhance the integration between the Service-Now and Maximo solutions. . • They will responsible to extend the Service-Now data model to store attributes required for reporting. • They will work in conjunction with the Maximo Engineering team to define and review all requirements and develop design solutions. Required Skills • A proven working knowledge of Service-Now development methodologies. • A proven working knowledge of web service technology and integration to third-party systems. • Ability to develop, unit test, debug new functionality. • Ability to document requirements and develop solution design documents. • Ability to develop operational requirements documentation and train operational staff to maintain solution. • Proficient in project Management skills to be able plan development timescales and delivery phases.
