Must be authorized to work in US. (H1B, GC, USC.)* *Summary**:* BI Architect’s primary responsibilities will be to design, develop, and support business intelligence solutions across the enterprise. Role primarily leverages Microsoft technology, but other tools and source systems may also be involved in the solutions. Requires a broad business perspective and an ability to step into multiple roles. BI Solutions Architect will be responsible for establishing and managing the data and technical business intelligence architecture in support of the overall business goals and objectives and apply deep functional expertise to ensure productivity, increase efficiencies and resolve issues. *Required:* § *8+ years as an Architect, developing & Supporting implementation of BI solutions using Microsoft platforms:* § *Microsoft SQL Server business intelligence stack (incl SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS), SQL Server Analysis Services (SSAS), SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS), Master Data Services (MDS), Data Quality Services (DQS) & SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS)* § *Working knowledge of leading BI reporting & analytic technologies (Tableau, QlikView/QlikSense/ MS BI.)* § *PowerView, PowerPivot, SharePoint, Excel & PerformancePoint Server.* § Expertise with the design of BI staging areas, warehouse, cubes and reporting. § Strong knowledge of relational and multi-dimensional database architectures. § Strong knowledge of Dynamic Cube Security, Strong SQL skills & comfortable with MDX. § Able to perform Data Warehouse tuning, collecting statistics, and analyzing SQL code performance. § Ability to write stored procedures and perform RDL optimization. § Strong analytical skills and an ability to present and communicate data, trends, insights and recommendations. § Must be able to work independently and in a global cross-functional team environment. § Four year degree program in Business Administration, CS, MIS, or a related technical field. An MBA is desired.
