Must-haves
ITIL v3 Certification
Business Continuity experience - writing the Disaster Recovery Plans, and
test plans
WebSphere - understand the job of a virtual machine, and WebSphere's
components
Monitoring tools - hands on experience. Foglight (FXM, FMS) and Tivoli
(ITCAM and ITM) are preferred
Understand database connection pools
Understand that if you see a high number of exceptions on exits, what that
means
Experience working with J2EE web applications and in source code management
/deployment tools

Role
This Analyst will be working in a team that is responsible for service
design for the company's pharmacy IT applications. Most of their time will
be business continuity - writing the Disaster Recovery plans, performing
the test plans, and working with IT to make sure the plan can "stand up".
They will execute tests, and if there is a problem, engage the support
teams to get to the bottom of it. They will be monitoring instances that
need to get stood up as well. They will assist with determining
configuration standard Websphere setting for production environments, and
assist with environment application architecture questions. They will also
facilitate capacity planning with application owners to determine future
growth of the application, and effectively communicate with stakeholders.
