This project we have 2 main BA’s already onsite, and these additional BA’s that we are bringing on are to supplement the onsite BA’s*. They will help them out with whatever is needed. The rate should be less than $50 is super ideal, less than $55 is acceptable SharePoint Application Analyst - *Minimum 6 years experience as a business analyst* with experience in project management. *This BA/PM's primary focus is on SharePoint application migration coordination*. This role will involve managing day to day support and enhancement requests for all Domino to SharePoint applications. Enhancement requests will require the BA/PM to collect requirements, plan delivery of those requirements, lead and coordinate with technical team members (Developers, Quality Technicians and other Stakeholders) on delivery, and ensure that all proper testing is completed including user acceptance testing. This role also entails managing the enhancement requests from a tactical sense (deliverables and timelines as well as budget) directly with clients. This role has a high degree of customer interaction and requires someone with excellent verbal and written communication skills. It also requires someone with planning experience that can plan and coordinate multiple small enhancement efforts, as well as manage/complete all support requests in a timely manner. This position at times will require technical skills including the ability to create and configure sites, CSS, XSL and basic HTML as well as content. These skills are very important to these roles so candidates should have experience working with these technologies. Experience and knowledge using Web 2.0 technologies is required and exposure to creating solutions using SharePoint (MOSS 2007) to enable these technologies if preferred.
