Looking for a Business Process Engineer to lead a redesign effort. Looking
for this resource to sponsor and guide team members through multiple
facilitated sessions to document the current state workflow, perform a value
added analysis and document the future state for both mandatory and
voluntary corporate action events.
This role will involve working with small and large groups at varying levels
of the organization to document the current workflow and ask challenging
questions to facilitate development of the future state workflow.
Must be highly experienced with BPR, a financial services background is a
must, natural leadership qualities, strong meeting facilitation background.
Must be able to provide work samples, and basic writing samples.
A Black Belt resource would be a great match.
