Primary contact with the Project Sponsor, Program Manager, or Overall Project Manager to define, manage, and negotiate changes to project goals, schedule, resources and cost for their assigned project or phases of larger projects/programs *Primary Duties and Responsibilities:* Ensures Project and Program Methodologies and project implementation processes are followed.
