47 consultants in Next 60 days(45 Biz days). This is huge Ramp and Crisis
for us as not having the resumes in our database. Definitely we can find

Job description: (Strong SQL and Unix Knowledge is fair Enough for this
project)
Strong analytical and SQL skills with experience testing data mart and
Mirosrategy •Experience with testing tools like HPQC, Rapid SQL,
ClearQuest, ClearCase, MS Office, DOORs, QTP •Strong written and verbal
communication skills are required.
•Understanding of SDLC and/or agile methodologies •Strong understanding of
ETLs & testing of data mart •Experienced in automation testing using Unix
and shell scripting •Experienced in capturing test metrics, dashboard, and
reports in HPQC.
•Out of the box thinker, self-starter and good communication skills.
•Team player and individual contributor
•Ability to prioritize and balance tight deadlines with high quality work
and deliverables.
•Experience with Unix and Autosys environments •Coordinate testing
activities with cross-functional teams

: Second Level – Inperson Interview

Prerequistes:
• No Room for Negotiation
• Inperson Inteview is Mandatory
• The Consultants should be on your payroll so Try to Look for
EAD/Green Card/US Citizen/OPT/L2 EAD (Independent Consultants). If you are
submitting any H1 consultants from your prime vendors, Once the consulant
get selected Hexaware will Split the PO’s one to employer one to Your
company( EX : If you getting H1B consultant from XXX company for $45 on C2C
and you are sharing the same to me/Hexaware for $53 on C2C. Once the
consultant gets selected we will split the PO’s into two,One to Employer
for $45 on C2C and other to your company for $8 on C2C)
• WE DON’T WANT ANY FAKE /Fudged/Cooked RESUMES(No Internship or
Fellowship),Please vet the candidates properly. If they have 2 years of
genuine Experience that is fine for us. We can provide the same rate as
mentioned above.
