Do not send any BSA These are true Business Side BA's BA - Provider - knowledge of healthcare and prefer deep knowledge of provider demographic info and contracts (terms, application of fees, etc.) BA - Customer Experience - knowledge of customer care, prefer prior web portal experience (doesn't matter so much if it's in healthcare), experience with VRM (voice recognition module) technology a plus BA - Support the Enterprise - knowledge of finance essential, finance in the healthcare space highly desirable BA - Claims - essential to have healthcare industry claims processing experience, including understand of how benefit plan and pricing rules drive claims payment determinations BA - Healthcare Reform - deep knowledge of compliance and regulatory issues, working knowledge of the ACA and its implications for health plans a big plus BA - Quote to Contract - knowledge of sales systems/client management systems, client implementation, healthcare products, underwriting, broker relationships/payments a huge plus.
