Responsibilities * Accomplish assigned tasks with minimal supervision. Find creative solutions to broadly defined problems or directives. Demonstrate good documentation discipline. Complete assigned tasks on-time and in accordance with the appropriate process. Creatively and proactively address problems and find algorithm improvements. Participate in technical reviews to ensure product quality. Participate in and/or lead design efforts. Create and test quality software personally and as part of a team. Foster good communication inside and outside the development team. Demonstrate ownership and responsibility for assigned tasks. Estimate time and effort on projects and tasks. *Qualifications * BS in Computer Science or equivalent. Minimum of seven years of experience in Software Development. Fluent in C/C++. Hands on experience using C# and .Net. Experience with Microsoft technologies such as OS, Visual Studio, MS Office Suite etc. Data storage, Relational Database Management Systems, and SQL experience. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Good documentation and process discipline. Demonstrated ability to deliver quality software on time using good development practices. Demonstrated ability to independently accomplish assigned tasks and work with others.
