Job Title : ITIL Process Analyst / Incident Management Location : Minneapolis, MN Duration : 5 Months Description: Individual will have background in ITIL. Will have experience in process improvement. Experience with Service Now is highly desirable. The daily work is to look at processes and to meet with process owners to improve processes. Some immediate efforts will be needed to educate some of our IT staff on certain processes.
