*What they will be doing:*
phone system upgrades, as early as next month
will need to help with the upgrades for
Cisco call manager and cisco contact center solutions (Harder to find one
with both, but they do exist)
in contact center like 8x8, and willing to branch to different
technologies, not nearly as complex as cisco stuff.
Contact Center, is highly valuable. If we find someone who has this, we
will likely get to keep them on past 2 month contract.

*When they would start:  Can start as quickly as next week.*

What they will be doing:
Plan and implement upgrade for Cisco multi-site Call Manager/Unity cluster
from 9.1.1 to 11.X.
Migrate remote location from one Call Manager cluster to newly-upgraded
11.X cluster.
Communicate with IT and business leadership

Potential additional work:
Help support additional Call Manager and UCCX clusters with MACs and
issues.
Help with support for cloud-hosted Call Center solutions (inContact, 8x8,
Contivio), including migrating to/from these solutions from existing
platforms
