For sure-shot interviews of Network Engineers, please Send Best profiles only This is a SOW project exclusive to the company, so won't find the requirement out in the market LOCATION: NC DURATION: Long Term RATE: Open POSITION: 4 Some Specific responsibilities include:- * Maintaining a consistent focus throughout the design project on the customer and business goals of the project. * Reviewing and updating High Level Designs for each design request * Reviewing and updating Technical Requirements and Design Documents for each design request * Creating Low Level Designs for each design request * Maintaining all documentation in the common document repository * Reviewing all technical documentation with the SMEs and Line of Business as required * Reviewing and recommending designs based on the Common Product Stack using Reference Architecture * Working with other Product Management teams and Capacity Planning for each design request as required * Maintaining the current status of each design providing a status via RPS so any party can review * Completing all design requests via the GTI RPM Workflow process on time Besides that Team responsibilities includes:- * Accurately track and submit time spent on each work effort in Clarity * Provide Subject Matter Expertise for Hardware, Platform, Storage, Middleware and Messaging infrastructure components. * Use the DMAIC framework for all design projects * Provide design engineering assignments across all product areas as required * Complete all mandatory training in a timely manner * Submit all expense reports in a timely manner * Cross train to other functional areas within the * Following through on process improvement opportunities, using the past to learn for the future * Demonstrate Bank's core values Required technical skills include, but are not limited to: * Broad technology expertise across the following technology product area is required. Deep subject matter expertise in one or more is desirable. * Mid-Range Hardware / Operating systems - SUN, Fujitsu, HP, IBM, Client. Solaris, Linux, Windows Server * Mid-Range Storage -EMC, Hitachi, SAN, NAS - Network Appliance, NFS, CIFS, GFS. Etc * Middleware Hosting - BEA Weblogic, MS IIS, Sun One Java Webserver, JBoss etc. * Messaging Platforms - IBM WebSphere MQ, BEA JMS, Tibco RV/RD, Sonic MQ, UI Empire Additional Skills / Capabilities: * Project task management - Ability to work in an unsupervised mode and take ownership of projects and/or subtask and manage to completion * Demonstrate Creditability - Work directly with application development teams, enterprise engineering teams and other subject mater experts to work through technical details of a solution. * Process Management - Understand process documentation and be able to follow defined processes. Drive process improvement in your specific area and team wide * Written communication - Provide detailed, clear technical documentation, Visio diagrams for detail design specs using standard formats.
