If application is determined to be unavailable, perform basic diagnostic activities to identify the root cause * * *Required Skills:* 1. 2 years of experience providing L3 application support 2. 2 years of Unix scripting experience 3. Experience with submitting tickets in Remedy 4. Strong Unix skills 5.
