QA Manager Location : Palm Beach Gardens , Florida Duration : 6+ months *Senior QA Manager & testing consultant with very good hands on experience in manual and automated testing of software applications and manage the testing tasks as planned. Experienced about all standard processes associated with testing, defect management and change management.* The QA Manager along with the QA SME will work hand in hand to accomplish the following: 1. Participate in review workshops and meetings with stakeholders in understanding their current QA needs, practices, processes and procedures and documenting the same 2. Analyzing the input, to find any gaps and opportunities for improvement 3. Prepare strategies, suggestions, processes as applicable and share a final report with stakeholders for their review and approval. 4. Develop QA change Roadmap/schedule/target KPI metrics for a phased approach to implementing such strategies 5. Identify a pilot project for implement the updated processes and QA framework 6. Implement, best practices, suggestions to improve the overall performance of QA activities following the newly laid-out QA framework and guidelines 7.
