*Senior Business Analyst* Location: Columbus OH Length: 12 Months + Project: Call Center Standardization Travel: 25% *Description: * The Contact Center Technologies Consultant is responsible for ensuring business objectives of projects are met, while effectively coordinating the full development and support cycles of projects with business sponsors and technical staff. She/he will understand the business process, requirements gathering, and the configuration of contact center technologies to meet business and technical objectives. This position requires excellent communication skills and experience in call routing, recording, workforce management, and speech analytics functional analysis and configuration, with a focus on customer experience within the contact centers. *Required Qualifications:* • Bachelor of Science (BS) in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or related field; or equivalent work experience • Minimum of 5-7 years experience analyzing business processes, team project participation, and providing advanced level of systems support and analysis. • Experience building use cases, creating requirements documentation, functional specs, business flows, etc. • Experiences working with multiple sub-teams across processes and with the business to design, build, test and roll out new processes and technologies • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience working with call routing technologies.
