*Role:* Sr. Business Analyst *Location:* Columbus OH *Length:* 6 Months *Interview Type*: 1st phone, 2nd face to face (we will cover all interview travel and stay expenses) *Assignments to include, but not be limited to any or all of the following:* · Co-Lead functional team driving delivery of testing, training, process definition, scope, data management, integration and reporting. · Provide structure necessary within the functional team to drive and manage project schedule, budget, and scope. · Interact with resources across multiple business units and IT to identify and prioritize project tasks, and schedule tasks in accordance with company and project delivery guidelines and methodology. · Ensure adherence to standards with regard to methodology, documentation, and quality assurance. · Work closely with stakeholders (business and IT) to resolve conflicts in prioritization and staffing. · Track and communicate status at both a detailed (task) level and a summary (sub-project or release) level. · Understand business processes and needs in order to manage functional issues and facilitate issue resolution. · Schedule/facilitate meetings to provide project status / reviews as required to keep project management adequately informed on team status. · Communicate any concerns with issues that may impact project schedule, budget or quality to the project management. *Required skills:* · Bachelor Degree in relevant field such as Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Project Management or equivalent experience. · Excellent oral and written communication. · Strong organization skills · Strong information systems development life cycle experience · Ability to work independently. · *Utility* / Transmission industry, Asset Management, Electrical Engineering, Station Protection and Control, and NERC Reliability Compliance experience preferred -- *Thanks,* *Naresh Kumar .
